Yes. The battery has an IPX4 water proof. However, full immersion in water is not Allow, and pressure washers might force water to enter through the case. We suggest removing the battery when using a pressure washer to clean your Zawes bike.
No. For safety precautions and law regulations, we do not advise Zawes S3 to be ridden on the road or freeway as it is designed to be ridden off-road or dirt trails.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
If the brakes feel squeaky, clean the rotors lightly, sand the brake pads until there is no shiny surface, then perform a series of slow braking maneuvers to “mate” the brakes and rotors. Please contact us or the dealer shop you purchased your motorbike from.
S26 Pro models use MINERAL OIL. while the S3 models use DOT 4 FLUID. **These fluids are NOT interchangeable**

If you hear unusual noises, check for loose bolts, misaligned parts, or any rubbing between components (e.g., the swing arm or brake discs). Ensure all connections are secure and properly aligned. If the noise persists, contact us or the dealer for further inspections.

Consider using a high-quality lock, GPS tracking device, or an alarm system to secure your bike. Parking in well-lit areas and using multiple locks can further deter theft. Additionally, removable batteries provide extra security as they can be taken with you when the bike is parked.
